You can create your Call by following the given steps:
STEP-1: Click on Prospects → Lead → List Of Leads.
Select any one Lead and Right Click on it.
Select Add Call.
STEP-2: Fill Call Details.
STEP-3: Assign Call to User or team by selecting single or multiple entries from the list.
STEP-4: Click on Save button.
Note: You can Add Call from Opportunity, Customer, Customer Person and Campaign using same above method.
Click on Activity → Calls. The list of Call will display.
You can edit Calls by following the given steps:
STEP-1: Select the Call that you want to edit. Right click on it and select Edit Call.
STEP-2: Edit the details and click on Save button.
