STEP-1: Click on New option and select New Contractor. Vendor HR Contractor window will appear.
STEP-2: Fill the details.
STEP-3: Click on Add New button to add other parties of this main contractor. Party form will appear. Fill the details and click on Ok. If other party is not available, you can click on create default button.
STEP-4: Click on Save button.
Click on HRMS menu -> Main Contractors. To see selectable parties, click on HRMS -> Contractors. List will appear.
STEP-1: Click on HRMS and select Main Contractor or Contractor. List of contractor will appear.
STEP-2: Select the contractor that you want to edit.
STEP-3: Right click on it. Select Edit Vendor.
Or Click on **Alter** option and select **Edit Vendor**.
STEP-4: Edit the details of contractor.
STEP-5: Click on Save button.
