Rate Master

Create

Step-1: Select the Company from company list and right click on it. Select Add Rate Master. Rate Master form will appear.

Step-2: Fill the details and click on Generate. Benefits details will appear.

Step-3: Click on Save.

Note: You can add rate master by the following ways:

  1. Click on Rate tab in Company HR Details form and click on Add to add rate master. Fill the details in rate master and click on Generate. Benefits details will show.

  2. Select the Company and click on Alter option and select Add Rate Master option.

  3. Select Pay period from pay period list and right click on it. Select Add Rate Master option.

  4. Select department from department list and right click on it. Select Add Rate Master.

  5. Select employee from employee list and right click on it. Select Add Rate Master.

Note: This option is only available in Payroll.

List

Open Company HR Details form and click on Rates tab. Rate master list will be display in this tab.

Note: You can also see the list of rate master by right click on Company and select Browse Company HR. Click on Rate Masters node.

Edit

Step-1: Select Pay period from pay period list and right click on it. Select Edit Rate Master option. Rate Master form will appear.

Step-2: Edit the details and click on Save.

Note: You can also edit rate master by Company HR Details form. Follow the given steps to edit rate master:

Step-1: Select Company from company list and right click on it. Select Edit Company HR Details. Company HR Details form will appear.

Step-2: Click on Rates tab. Rate Masters list will appear.

Step-3: Select the Rate master and click on Edit. Rate master form will appear.

Step-4: Edit the details and click on Save.

You can also edit rate master through Browse Company HR -> Rate Masters - > Edit Rate Master

Copy

You can also copy rate master by right click menu of pay period and selecting Copy Rate Master.

You can also copy rate master through Browse Company HR -> Rate Masters - > Copy Rate Master
