Create

In Sales app , Home -> New ->Sale Invoice MM.

List

You can manage Primary Invoice MM... by Click on Sale -> Invoices -> Sale Invoice MM. Primary Invoice MM list will appear.

Edit

Right click -> Edit Invoice.
